15 Penn Plaza Approved

As of tonight, 15 Penn Plaza was officially approved by the City Council. Vornado Realty Trust employees are sure to be popping bottles tonight. The Mammoth tower will be weirdly close to the Empire State Building, and ‘even blocking it from certain angles’ according to Andrew Malkin, the Empire State owner.
