Spectrum Opening TONIGHT! Featuring new works by Kiji McCafferty
Our good friend Kiji McCafferty is having some large scale pieces shown tonight at Mallick Williams Gallery.

The paintings are part of an ongoing series titled “My Drifting Life in a Floating World” which documents current and past events both public and personal in the context of traditional Ukioy-e woodblock based style also commonly known as “Floating World” prints.
On display are two 60″ by 60″ panels titled “Flotsam” & “Jetsam” and two 40″ by 30″ panels titled “Conspicuous Gyre West” and Conspicuous Gyre East (with eye)”. Painted in acrylic, latex and enamel on wood panel.

The show runs from April 21st to June 1st.
